Why We Built This Site
North Carolina provides several public routes, but no one office holds a complete Yadkin County history. The sheriff creates local enforcement records and operates detention. The clerk keeps filed charges and dispositions. The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation maintains fingerprint-based repository data, while NCDAC and the state registry publish narrower information for their own purposes. We organize verified contacts, official searches, stated fees, and request steps around those real divisions.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a North Carolina court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot issue a certified record, court paper, or rap sheet.
- We cannot submit an expunction petition or public-record request for a visitor.
- We cannot perform an official background check or retrieve a person's record.
- We cannot give legal advice about a charge, warrant, or case.
- We cannot promise that an agency has not changed a fee, address, or procedure.
Only the sheriff, clerk, SBI, or other issuing agency can provide an official record. The original document must come from its custodian.
Search Partners
Outside providers power some search boxes. They control their results, prices, and service terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports operation of this resource. We do not set a partner's charges or decide which records it returns.
