Official Yadkin County criminal records must be requested from the office that keeps them. This private resource cannot retrieve, amend, or certify a government file. Use the routes below to contact the clerk, sheriff, detention center, SBI, or local police department responsible for the record.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Send each Yadkin County request to its actual custodian:

  • Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
  • Own fingerprint repository record: use North Carolina SBI Right to Review
  • Arrest reports: ask the sheriff or town police department that made the arrest
  • Booking and current custody: call Yadkin County Detention Center at 336-849-7840
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expunction: file the correct petition with the clerk in the county of charge or conviction
